My position at the FSUPD is very beneficial to my success in the IT world. I learned the importance of having a stable and consistent network supporting over 40 users, and I learned the importance of researching unknown technical problems. Also, I have been exposed to the SDLC process as the department is in the process of obtaining a new dispatching system.

As the hosting and design manager of Imohost Web Solutions, I developed several important skills such as programming, time management, and supporting over 75 customers through a trouble-ticket support system.

Circuit City was a great start for me as far as getting my foot in the work force door. I developed superior people skills as a sales associate, and I discovered the importance of building rapport with the general public.
